Finland Visa Requirements:

1. Covering Letter
2. 3 recent photographs. Size 47 mm X 36 mm (white background-non glossy paper)
3. Bank Statement of the last 6 months.
4. Copies of NTN, Chamber’s Certificate, Import Export License and Company Registration.
5. AIG Insurance
6. Copy of credit card/s
7. Confirmed hotel reservation.
8. Ticket required after the approval of the visa.
9. Visa Fee: Rs. 4900/- payment to be made by Demand draft toFinland Embassy-Islamabad (Rs.200/-)
10. Service charges: Rs. 500/-

Business Visa Requirements

1. Covering Letter.
2. Invitation letter- 1 copy should be faxed directly to the Embassy
3. 3 photographs. Size 47 mm X 36 mm (white background-non glossy paper)
4. Bank Statement of the last 6 months.
5. Copies of NTN, Chamber’s Certificate, Import Export License and Company Registration.

7. Copy of credit card/s
8. Confirmed hotel reservation.
9. Ticket required after the approval of the visa.
10. Visa Fee: Rs. 4900/- payment to be made by Demand draft toFinland Embassy-Islamabad (Rs.200/-)
11. Service charges: Rs. 500/-

Processing time: 4 weeks for the approval of visa from the immigration.
