Japan Tourist Visa requirements:

1. NTN certificate and latest tax payment receipts.
2. Bank Statement of the last 1 year’s transaction.
3. Proof of business (bill of lading, entry, shipping list and invoice/receipt, etc.)
4. Official documents- Partnership deed, Original NTN, Chamber’s Certificate, Import Export License and Company Registration.
5. Original recommendation letter from chamber of commerce or concerned department.
6. Confirmed hotel reservation
7. 2 current photographs (size 4.5 x 4.5 cms)
8. Copy of credit card/s
9. Original CNIC (may be required manual)
10. Processing Visa Fee: Rs. 1500/-
11. Previous passport/s

Business Visa Requirements

1. Covering Letter explaining an outline of the business and reason for travel.
2. NTN certificate and latest tax payment receipts.
3. Bank Statement of the last 1 year’s transaction.
4. Proof of business (bill of lading, entry, shipping list and invoice/receipt, etc.)
5. Official documents- Partnership deed, Original NTN, Chamber’s Certificate, Import Export License and Company Registration.
6. Original recommendation letter from chamber of commerce or concerned department.
7. Confirmed hotel reservation
8. 2 current photographs (size 4.5 x 4.5 cms)
9. Copy of credit card/s
10. Original CNIC (may be required manual)
11. Processing Visa Fee: Rs. 500/-
12. Previous passport/s
13. From Japan
14. Invitation letter “Original by mail” explaining an outline of the business details and reason for travel with length of stay
15. Guarantee Letter “Original by mail”
16. Certificate of company registration (Tokibo tohon)
17. Certificate of corporation tax payment (jigio zei) or profit & loss statement.
18. Detailed day to day schedule of the business visit to Japan

Note: All documents are required in original.

Processing time: 10 to 15 working days for the approval of visa from the immigration.
Submission Timings: Monday to Friday  from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Delivery Timings: Monday to Thursday  from 02:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Friday: from 02:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
