1. Covering Letter
2. Copy of Passport , Job Certificate of Sponsor, bank Statement of the last 6 months
3. 4 recent passport size photographs
4. Copy of all pages of the passport
5. Bank Statement of the last 6 months
6. Copy of CNIC
7. Hotel Reservation
8. Income Tax paid Challan and NTN Copy + original
9. Visa Fees Rs. 5850/- ; Multiple Rs. 9700/- through pay order to the “Consulate of Ireland” (pay order charges Rs. 100/-)
10. Service charges Rs. 500/-
11. Personal Appearance
12. Business Visa Requirements:
13. Covering Letter of the firm
14. Invitation Letter-If any relative, “Copy of Garda Card is required”,
15. Copy of Passport , Job Certificate of Sponsor, bank Statement of the last 6 months
16. 4 passport size photographs(white background-non glossy paper)
17. Copy of all pages of the passport
18. Bank Statement of the last 6 months
19. Copy of CNIC
20. Hotel Reservation
21. Income Tax paid Challan and NTN Copy + original
22. Visa Fees Rs. 5850/- ; Multiple Rs. 9700/- through pay order to the “Consulate of Ireland” (pay order charges Rs. 100/-)
23. Service charges Rs. 1500/-
24. Personal Appearance

1. Visa form can be acquired from the consulate after showing the original passport.
2. Original documents along with 2 photocopies sets are required.
